Publishing business demystified

Young Professional Programme to demystify the Publishing business

Yes we are a fragmented sector, and yes we are a few years behind China that can boast of an extremely organized publishing sector, but India is the most promising and creative market for book publishing and is going to be a game changer in the years to come.
Focusing on exactly one thing-the profitability and lucrative business proposition in the publishing business, this year’s ‘Young Professional Programme’ to be held in the India International Centre from 2-3 December, 2016, is a must attend for all publishing professionals from the editorial, operations and sales and marketing domains.

The two day programme will showcase how to work through stages of product development in cross-functional teams that will then use a design thinking method to engage their respective idea. The teams will also get a chance to develop customer-related creative projects, cultivate and execute new ideas with an entrepreneurial approach. They will also get a rare chance to learn about licensing, pitching a plan to the management of a company and how to expect to learn everything you would need to know from scratch to finish, to establish a sound publishing business!

The two day programme is being presided over by some very well known and experienced publishing professionals that are going to be there to answer your obvious questions. These include the following key speakers:
